At Family Crests Gifts, we strive for perfection in honoring your heritage; however, since most of our coat of arms products are custom-made to order, returns are generally accepted only for items that arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors. Please review your family history details carefully before purchasing to ensure your heirloom arrives exactly as intended.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your heraldic gift.

  Submit Documentation

  For items with printing errors or transit damage, please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.

• 3.
  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for our workshop.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a corrected replacement at no additional cost.
